Delete your data
Fixera, listed on Google Play as AI Repair & Fix Guide:DIY Help (Android, package
ai.repair.fix.guide.fixera) · Developer: Krillo · Last updated: September 9, 2026
The app has no accounts and no sign-up. Your repair history — the photos you took, what the app found and what it said to do — stays on your phone and disappears when you uninstall the app. The little that reaches us is tied to an anonymous identifier, not to your name, and you can have it deleted with one email.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data — Fixera".
- Tell us which app it is about (Fixera, listed as AI Repair & Fix Guide:DIY Help on Google Play) and, if you know them, the phone model and the approximate date you installed the app.
- If you bought Fixera Pro, add the Google Play order number
(it looks like
GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567; you can find it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, or in the purchase receipt email from Google). This lets us find your purchase record without any personal details.
We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then email you a confirmation. No questions asked and no account to log into.
What gets deleted
- Purchase record — the anonymous app user ID and the subscription linked to it, held by our billing provider (RevenueCat).
- Product analytics — the anonymous usage events linked to the same identifier (which screens were opened, diagnoses started and completed, and similar), held by our analytics provider (PostHog).
Data that was never sent to us — your repair history, your settings, the count of free repairs you have used — lives only on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes it. The photos and any description you send when you ask for a diagnosis are processed on our server for the few seconds a diagnosis takes and are never stored afterwards, so there is nothing about them to delete on our side in the first place.
What deletion does not do
- It does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play: open Google Play → Subscriptions and cancel there, or use Settings → Manage subscription inside the app. If you delete your data while a subscription is active, Fixera Pro may stop working on your device until you use "Restore purchases".
- It does not touch Google's own records of your purchases, which Google keeps under Google's privacy policy.
- We may keep the minimum needed for tax and accounting obligations (the fact that a sale happened, the amount and the date), with nothing that identifies you.
