Terms of Use: Lumilo

These terms apply to Lumilo: AR Draw, Trace, Sketch ("the app"), published by Krillo ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
What the app does
You choose a picture from the sketch library or add your own, and the app shows it semi-transparent over your paper through the phone camera (or as a light on the screen under thin paper), so you can trace the lines with a pencil. The app also offers lessons, a drawing course, a timelapse of your drawing and, in Pro, AI sketches made from your photo or from a short text.
Free use and Pro
Part of the library, lessons and course is free. Lumilo Pro unlocks the rest of the library, tracing your own photos, AI sketches, and timelapse videos without a watermark.
Purchases, trial and billing
Pro is sold through Google Play in these ways. The amounts are euro reference prices, shown in your local currency inside the app before you confirm, and they may differ where Google Play converts them or sets a regional price.
- Weekly: €9.99 a week, with a 3-day free trial where the app offers it. You are not charged until the trial ends.
- First week offer: €0.99 for the first week, where the app offers it, then €9.99 a week.
- Weekly without a trial: €9.99 a week, charged when you confirm.
- Yearly: €39.99 a year, with a 3-day free trial where the app offers it.
- Lifetime: €30.99, one time. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. It unlocks Pro for as long as the app is available on Google Play.
A free trial or a first-week offer is available once, to people who have not used it before, and the offer you are eligible for is the one shown on the purchase screen. Subscriptions are charged to your Google Play account when you confirm (after the trial, if there is one) and renew automatically at the same price each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Cancelling. You can cancel a subscription anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions, or from Settings inside the app, which opens that page. To avoid being charged when a free trial ends, cancel before it ends. After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Buying Lifetime does not cancel a subscription you already have: cancel it separately in Google Play.
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its own policy. We do not charge you outside Google Play, and we never make cancellation harder than the steps above.
AI features: fair-use limits
Clean sketch and AI Creator cost us money for every sketch, so they have limits. At the time of writing they are: during a free trial, 10 AI sketches a day and 25 in total for the trial; during a first week at the reduced price, 10 a day and 15 for that week; on a paid weekly or yearly plan or with Lifetime, 15 a day and 150 a calendar month. Only sketches that were made successfully are counted. Outline, made on your phone, is not limited this way and keeps working when an AI limit is reached. The current numbers are shown in the app and may change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for. A daily cap per device also applies, to protect the service from abuse. AI features need Pro and an internet connection, and may be unavailable or slow at times.
Your photos and your text
You may only use photos and text you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent. AI sketches are generated from your photo or text by Google's Gemini API through our server; we do not extract biometric data from photos: no face recognition, no face geometry, no identification. What happens to a photo or a text is described in the Privacy Policy. The AI will not draw franchises, characters, celebrities or brands that our blocklist covers.
AI results are produced by an automated model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. If a result is offensive or wrong, tap Report in the app.
Sketch library and your drawings
The sketches and lessons in the library are provided for your personal drawing. You may not resell them, redistribute the image files, or use them to build a competing library. The drawings you make are yours. Timelapse videos of the free version carry a watermark.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access our servers outside the app, automate requests, resell the service, or work around its limits. We may block access that does this.
Price and feature changes
We may change prices or what is included in Pro. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for, and a price change on renewal is announced by Google Play in advance, with the option to cancel.
Availability and warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty. Drawing with the camera depends on your device, lighting and paper, and the app may be unavailable or slow at times. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
